Ingredients

1 cupoat flour
you can use all-purpose too
¼ teaspoonBaking Soda
¼ teaspoonBaking Powder
¼ teaspoonCinnamon
⅛ teaspoonNutmeg
¼ teaspoonSalt
2 tablespoonsgranular Swerve
Gran Swerve, or Stevia
½ teaspoonVanilla Extract
1Egg
large egg
1 cupold fashioned oats
rolled
1 tablespooncoconut oil
2 tablespoonsmaple syrup
sugar free
brown Swerve
optional, to top
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2
Mix together all of the dry in a medium bowl. Add in the wet and mix until fully incorporated.
Step 3
Form 6 large cookies and line them on your baking sheet. Bake for 7-8 minutes.
Step 4
Immediately after removing the cookies from the oven, sprinkle some brown swerve on top and allow it to melt into the tops of the warm cookies. This is optional, but I think it makes the most delicious caramelized top!
