Instructions

Step 1
1. Combine Peaches, lemon juice, water, honey and lemongrass paste into a blender. Process until smooth, about one minute

2. Pour Peach mixture evenly into four highball glasses filled with ice

3. Add 1 oz bourbon to each and top each with 1/4 cup club soda
Step 4
4. Gently stir in until combined
Step 5
5. Garnish with fresh Thai basil
