Instructions

Step 1
In a container blend together the wet bread, onion, 2 eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup, mustard, duck sauce
Step 2
In a bowl mix together with the ground chicken/beef
Step 3
Cut mini pita in half and fill with mixture
Step 4
Spread on a cookie sheet
Step 5
In a bowl combine oil parsley flakes and few cubes frozen garlic
Step 6
Brush onto the pita and bake for 20 min on 375
Step 7
Turn them over and brush the other side with the oil mixture and bake for another 10 min
