Suzy's Meatloaf

Modified from my great grandmother's recipe. Makes two loaves. I replace 3 eggs with applesauce and milk with non-dairy milk.

Step 1
Combine all ingredients.
Step 2
Separate into two loaf pans.
Step 3
Bake 1-1.5 hours at 325 degrees (try cooking at 375 convection)
