for wraps

3 slicesroma tomato

3slices bacon
cooked

3 slicesavocado

1egg
hard boiled, cut into thirds, lengthwise

salt
to taste

black pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate. If using mayo, mustard, or dressing, spread onto lettuce. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 2
Layer ingredients in this order on top of each lettuce leaf: tomato, bacon, avocado, sprouts/micro greens (optional) and egg.
Step 3
Fold the lettuce wrap like you would a tortilla, and enjoy!
