Instructions

Step 1
1. Mix the flour, oil and salt together in a large bowl 2. Pour in enough warm water to make a dough (not sticky or dry) 3. Knead for a few minutes on a lightly floured surface then return to the bowl 4. Cover and allow to rest for 30 minutes 5. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and start rolling out the roti 6. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each dough ball into a circle about 1/8 inch thick 7. Place roti into the pan and when little bubbles form on the top, flip and cook the other side 8. Once the roti is golden brown on either side, remove from pan and serve
