Instructions
Step 1
In medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter with cream cheese, flour, spices, and chicken base until well combined.
Step 2
Slowly add one cup of milk while gently whisking.
Step 3
Add rest of milk.
Step 4
Add broccoli and celery to pan. Allow to cook until broccoli and celery are soft.
Step 5
Add cheese and allow to melt into soup base.
Step 6
When cheese is melted thoroughly, stir until well combined.
Step 7
Serve.
