Cauliflower Soup

Step 1

Melt the butter in a large pot,

Step 2

Cook the onions until soft, not brown.

Step 3

Blend in the flour and cook until thick.

Step 4

Add milk, seasonings and Cauliflower.

Step 5

Cook until smooth and cauliflower is soft.

Step 6

Stir well and add the cheese.

Step 7

Serve hot and enjoy!
