Step 1
1. Place peas in a colander and run under cold water until just thawed but still cold. Allow to drain and place in a large bowl. Stir in mayonnaise (add more or less according to taste).

2. Add the chopped onion, black pepper and cheeses. Mix well.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to overnight.
