Ingredients
2 servings
0.33baguette
sliced, 1/4 inch
3 Tbspbutter
1 clovegarlic
minced
½ tsptruffle salt
¼ tspspicy truffle salt
optional
¼ cupParmesan
finely freshly shredded
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
Step 2
Line baking sheet with foil
Step 3
Cut baguette in to 1/4 - 1/2 in slices
Step 4
Microwave butter until melted (include garlic if it is frozen)
Step 5
Mix it salt (and in garlic if room or fridge temp)
Step 6
Use a brush to generously coat baguette slices (they should be drowning in butter)
Step 7
Sprinkle Parmesan over buttered slices
Step 8
Bake until lightly browned and bubbling (5-8 min)
