Step 1
Empty the jar of Hydrabadi sauce into a bowl and add the cream. Mix together thoroughly.

Coat the chicken with the Hydrabadi marinade using your hands and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes but best to do so overnight. If using chicken with the skin, ensure you marinade under the skin to get the best flavour.
Step 3
Place the chicken in an oven tray and into a pre heated oven at 180°C. Cook for 45-50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 4
Sprinkle with finely chopped coriander before serving
