Instructions

Step 1
1. Grab your chicken breast and tenderise it, slightly flattening that bad boi.
Step 2
2. In a snap lock bag, add your cornflakes, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper and seal the bag before crushing the cornflakes into a crumb.
Step 3
3. Grab a couple of mixing bowls, and in one add your egg white and hot sauce, then whisk to combine before adding your cornflake mixture into the other bowl.

4. Grab your chicken breast, dunk it in the wet, then the dry, back into the wet and into the dry one last time, making sure your chicken breast is fully coated.
Step 5
5. Cook in the air fryer for 10 mins on 200°C.
Step 6
6. Once the 10 mins is up, remove and add on 20g of pizza sauce, your shredded ham and the slice of cheese before placing it back in the air fryer for a further 2 minutes on 200°C.
Step 7
7. While it’s cooking a second time, toast your buns then it’s time for assembly!
Step 8
8. Throw down your bun, add 5g of pizza sauce to top and bottom bun, your Parma after that then finish with the sauce covered top bun.
