0.5chicken breast
1 ½ Tbspflour
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
½ tsppaprika powder
½ tspgarlic powder
1egg
1 Tbspmilk
4 Tbspbreadcrumbs

Instructions
Crispy chicken
Step 1
Cut the whole chicken breast in half. Only one half is needed.
Step 2
In the meantime, heat the sunflower oil in a pan.
Step 3
Place the flour and spices in a shallow dish and mix together. Whisk the egg with the milk in another plate. Put the breadcrumbs on a third plate.
Step 4
First cover the chicken with the flour. Then dip in the egg and finally roll in the breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Place the breaded chicken in the hot oil and fry for approx. 2-3 mins per side until crispy and golden brown.
Sauce
Step 6
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Burger
Step 7
Cut the hamburger bun in half. Brush both sides with a little oil from the chicken and toast in a pan until golden brown.
Step 8
Cut the lettuce into thin strips.
Step 9
Place the cheddar cheese on top of the chicken and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 1-2 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Step 10
Spread half of the sauce on the bottom half of the burger bread.
Step 11
Then top with the salad, chicken and the remaining sauce.
Step 12
Finally, place the other half of the bread on top and enjoy!
