Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined.

Crispy chicken

Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Crack the egg in to a large plate and whisk until well combined. To another plate add the panko and to the finale one add the flour.

First coat the chicken breast with flour. Then dip the chicken breast in the egg mixture. Then coat it in the panko.

Dip the chicken breast one more time in the egg mixture and panko.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the chicken breast: Fry for about 3 min each side until crispy and golden brown.

Burger

Step 7
Cut the brioche bun in half. Toast until golden brown.
Step 8
Meanwhile slice the pickle.
Step 9
Spread the bottom half with half the sauce.
Step 10
Top it with the chicken and pickles. Drizzle on the rest of the sauce.

Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
