Ingredients

4boneless skinless chicken breasts

8 ouncesbaby red potatoes
halved

16 ouncesbaby carrots

16 ouncesgreen beans
trimmed

2 tablespoonsfresh parsley leaves
chopped

½ cupreduced sodium soy sauce

¼ cuphoney

¼ cupketchup

2cloves garlic
minced

1 teaspoondried basil

½ teaspoondried oregano

¼ teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes

¼ teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes and pepper.
Step 2
Place chicken breasts, potatoes, carrots and soy sauce mixture into a 6-qt slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, basting every hour. Add green beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
Step 3
Serve each chicken breast with potatoes and green beans.
