Step 1
In a bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, melted butter, and 1 cup milk. Whisk until batter forms than place in a 13 x 9 baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray and bake at 350° about 20 to 25 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown. Combine boiling water, and Nescafé and mix until dissolved. In a separate bowl combine sweetened condensed milk, half-and-half, Nescafé and remaining milk. Whisk to combine. Once the cake is fully cooked, poke it with a fork all over then pour milk mixture on top and allow to soak 20 minutes. Top with Cool Whip, and if desired, toasted coconut. Keep refrigerated until serving.
