Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter a 9x13 baking dish and set it aside.
Step 2
With an electric hand mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add in eggs, one at a time.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, mix both cheeses together. Add puree creamed corn to the cheese mix.
Step 4
In another large bowl, sift dry ingredients individually, then together. Pour both the butter and cheese mixtures into the sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Pour into the buttered baking pan. Reduce oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour (or until cornbread is set.
