Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or non stick baking liners.

Step 2
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, cream together butter and both sugars with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Step 4
Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Mix in vanilla.
Step 5
Add dry ingredients and combine well.
Step 6
Fold in chocolate
Step 7
grab 1 1/2 chunks of dough - do not overpack dough. Place two inches apart on the baking sheets.
Step 8
Bake 12-15 mins, or until lightly golden brown. Taste best slightly under done around the 9 min mark as long as they are slightly brown.
