Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Thaw your sheet of puff pastry on the counter for 20 minutes, or microwave for 25-30 seconds until it is easy to unfold.
Step 2
Using a pastry brush, spread a thin layer of melted butter across the unfolded puff pastry, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
Step 3
Roll carefully into a log, and cut into 8 slices.
Step 4
Beat the egg with a splash of water (optional) and brush on top of the rolls. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
