Instructions

Step 1
Cook tortellini to package instructions, drain, and cool.
Step 2
While pasta is cooking steam frozen veggies to heat, drain, and cool.
Step 3
Chop tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and avocado and place in a large bowl.
Step 4
Add in cooler veggies and tortellini and stir in dressing.
Step 5
Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
