Instructions

Step 1
Melt the sugar in a little pot until its brown but not burned.

Coat a tray (or what u use for the desert) with the melted sugar all the way. It hardens fast but it’s ok cuz it will melt once u out the desert in the oven anyway.
Step 3
As to a bowl these ingredients and whisk with a mixer. On high speed.

Step 4
Get the milk a little warm. It can also be room temperature or warm but never cold milk. And add it to the mixture slowly while mixing.

But the mixture in the tray. And put the tray in another tray filled with water.
Step 6
Put the trays in the oven at 160 Celsius degrees for one hour.
Step 7
After it’s done let it cool on the counter completely and put it in the fridge.
