I made my dream dip awhile back and you all asked for the full recipe, so here it is! Our Caramelized Onion + Pickle Dip is creamy, salty, with just a hint of buttery sweetness! It's always a crowd pleaser and couldn't be easier to make!

Instructions

Step 1
1. Place a pan over medium-low heat. Add oil, followed by diced onion.
Step 2
2. Caramelize onions, stirring occasionally, about 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to slightly cool.
Step 3
3. In a mixing bowl combine greek yogurt, kewpie, caramelized onions, cornichons, dill, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
4. Fold together and serve!
