Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Whisk eggs in a large bowl.

3. Add your cottage cheese, shredded cheese, & seasonings, whisk again.

4. Mix in your bacon and add to a greased muffin tin. (fill halfway so the eggs can expand)

5. Bake for 30 minutes, take out, let cool & enjoy!
