Ingredients

6 servings

lemon flavor seasoning spray
all natural
1 enveloped unflavored gelatin
1 envelopedunflavored gelatin
1 1/4 cups low-fat milk
1 ¼ cupslow-fat milk
1/3 cup sugar
⅓ cupsugar
1 container (15 ounces) part-skim ricotta cheese
1 x 15 ouncespart-skim ricotta cheese

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoonvanilla extract
1 x 10 ouncesfrozen slice strawberries in syrup
thawed

Instructions

Step 1
Spray six 6-ounce custard cups evenly with PAM seasoning spray.
Step 2
In small sauce pan, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup milk; let stand for 1 minute to soften. Stir in remaining milk and sugar. Cook, stirring, over medium-low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved; place in blender with ricotta and vanilla. Spray PAM® into mixture for 10 seconds; blend until smooth.
Step 3
Pour mixture into cups; refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Step 4
Meanwhile, place thawed strawberries and syrup in clean blender container; process until smooth.
Step 5
To serve, invert onto individual plate. Serve with strawberry sauce.
