Hi everyone! I've only ever made cinnamon rolls, and this is the first time I've tried lemon rolls! And let me tell you I don't regret it, it's even better! I explain you everything step by step. Let’s go! :)

For the glaze, i just mix 250g of philadelphia cream cheese, 30g of powdered sugar, the juice of 1 lemon, and about 25ml of milk. You can adjust the amount of milk depending on how thick you want your icing to be.
