Instructions

Step 1
Wash and cut your cauliflower into medium sized florets.
Step 2
Crack your egg into a bowl and whisk. In a shallow bowl or plate, add panko, baking powder and spices and mix.
Step 3
Dunk your cauliflower into egg and then into panko mixture. Layer without touching in air fryer and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 4
Cook for 15 min at 390, flipping halfway through!
