Instructions

Preheat oven to 450F

Spray large 12 muffin tray with cooking spray. 1/4 teaspoon of olive oil in each muffin cup. Then heat tray for 4 minutes.

Beat eggs and add cream, water and salt to mixture. Beat again with fork.

In a large bowl add 1 cup of flour. Slowly mix in the eggs cream and water mixture and wisk till the mixture is smooth and a bit runny.

By now your muffin tin is warm enough to half fill the cups. Pour the batter into each cup with no more than half full. When all cups are done, pop the tray back into your oven at 450F for 20 minutes (convection oven) 25 minutes (regular oven).
