Instructions

Step 1
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a medium pan

In a small pan, heat stock

Add in diced onions and sauté until translucent
Step 4
Add in rice and stir with onions
Step 5
Add one cup stock while continually stirring
Step 6
Cook until dry
Step 7
Add second cup of stock, stir continually until dry
Step 8
Add the heavy cream + Parmesan cheese
Step 9
Cook until rice thickens
Step 10
Season to taste
