Instructions
Step 1
Tip 300g (6oz) of plain flour into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Pour in 150ml (1floz) of warm water and 3 tbsp of oil. add salt
Step 3
Mix with a spoon then turn the dough out onto a clean work surface and knead for 4-5 minutes, until smooth and semi elastic.
Step 4
Drizzle over a little more oil if the dough starts to stick to the surface.
Step 5
Split the dough into 4 balls and leave them to rest under a damp tea towel whilst you get on with the rest of your dish.
Step 6
Cook in a dry pan
