Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add water salt sugar and stir to combine

Step 2
Add vegetable oil and flour then use a whisk until the mixture is smooth

Step 3
Heat a pan on medium low heat and gently grease then pour a small circle in the Centre of the pan. Wait until the top is no longer shiny than flip. Flip repeatedly until it starts to puff up and turn a beautiful golden color . I like to top mine with garlic and herb melted butter
