Step 1
Cream sugar, oil, and shortening.
Add eggs and juice.
Mix well
Blend with dry ingredients and knead well.
Roll or pat out dough.
Use circle cookie cutter or top of a glass to make circles in dough.
Fill with a teaspoon of filling.
Fold up the three sides to make hamantaschen shape.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown
