Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, use the back of a spoon to mash 1 tablespoon cilantro, 1 teaspoon onion, 1 teaspoon jalapeño, and salt together against the bottom of the bowl.
Step 2
Add avocados and gently mash with a fork until chunky-smooth. Fold in remaining cilantro, onion, and jalapeño.
Step 3
Stir in tomatoes and lime juice. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. Top with a bit more salt before serving with warm corn tortilla chips.
