Instructions

Step 1
Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, & scoop flesh out with spoon, placing into med. bowl. Pour lime juice over it; use fork to mash the avocado until mostly smooth.
Step 2
Smell your jalapeño to test the heat... (yes. you can usually tell if you have a spicy one.). Stir in garlic, jalapeño (half or all), green onions, & cilantro; salt & pepper to taste. Fold in diced tomato at the very end.
Step 3
Serve immediately or press plastic wrap down over surface of guacamole, removing all air bubbles, & refrigerating until ready to serve.
