Instructions

Step 1
Simmer 1000g/1 litre milk with gelatine until fully dissolved. Mix custard powder and Klim with 125g milk and add to heated milk and gelatine mixture stirring until slightly thickened. Add condensed milk, Nestle cream, sugar and cardomon & whisk thoroughly. Place into ramekins of choice or large dessert bowl. Place in refrigerator to set for 1 hour. Garnish with slivered pistachios and gold leaf.
