Instructions
Step 1
Wash the wings and dry thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dredge chicken in cornstarch and set aside.
Step 3
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken in batches about 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Once each batch cook fully, transfer in a bowl, sprinkle some lemon-pepper seasoning and toss to coat each piece fully.
Step 5
Serve with some carrots and celery on the side with some ranch dipping sauce. Enjoy!
