Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to packet. In the last two minutes of cooking, add the broccoli. Drain and reserve some pasta water.

At the same time, in a fry pan over medium-high heat add oil, onion and garlic and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add flour and mustard and whisk for one minute
Step 4
Whisking continuously, add milk gradually over 5 minutes. Whisk until thickened. Adjust seasoning.
Step 5
Preheat Grill.
Step 6
Add pasta and broccoli, spinach, 2/3 of cheese and all the parmesan and stir. Add pasta water if too thick. Transfer to a heat proof dish.
Step 7
In a small bowl add remaining cheese, almond meal and oregano and season. Top onto pasta and place under grill fo 5 minutes.
