Step 1
Cook Bacon and set aside, reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon fat in skillet.
Cast Iron Skillet
Dutch Oven
Step 2
Sauteé onions with salt and pepper in reserve fat OR in grassfed butter until beginning to caramelize.
Step 3
Add garlic, cook 1-2 minutes
Step 4
Add greens
Step 5
Pour in bone broth, Kettle & Fire chicken broth or other organic preffered.
Step 6
Stir well and cover.
Step 7
Simmer until tender and delicious!
Step 8
Optional, Sprinkle with vinegar then serve
