Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven 160 fan

In a microwave combine chocolate and butter in 30 minute bursts stirring between bursts until mixture is smooth

Add sugar to mixture and whisk vigorously until combined
Step 4
Allow to cool until just barely warm
Step 5
Add eggs, yolk, vanilla extract whisk for 1 minute or until well combined, creating shiny crust on top
Step 6
Stir in flour cocoa powder and salt until just combined
Step 7
Stir in chocolate chips
Step 8
Pour in to prepared baking tray and smooth out
Step 9
In 160 fan oven bake for 25 to 30minutes
Step 10
Allow to cool 30minutes before slicing
