Grilled Chicken Tequila Burgers

Ingredients

1 lbground chicken breast
4 Tbspfresh cilantro
chopped, divided
2garlic cloves
chopped
1jalapeño pepper
seeded and chopped
½ cuppanko breadcrumbs
2 Tbsptequila
¾ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
¼ tspsoy sauce
2 tsplime zest
divided
1bell pepper
sliced
1onion
medium, sliced
¾ cupmayonnaise
1 tspfresh chives
chopped
1 tspfresh lime juice
5hamburger buns
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat grill to 350° to 400° (medium-high) heat.
Step 2
Pulse ground chicken, 3 Tbsp.
Step 3
cilantro, garlic, and jalapeño pepper in a food processor 3 to 4 times or until combined.
Step 4
Add panko, next 4 ingredients, and 1 tsp.
Step 5
lime zest; pulse until combined.
Step 6
Shape into

Grill, covered with grill lid, 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until ameat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 165°; remove from grill.

Keep warm.

Reduce grill temperature to 300° to 350° (medium) heat.

Grill sliced bell peppers and onions 4 minutes on each side or until tender.
Step 12
Stir together mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp.

cilantro, chives, 1 tsp.
Step 14
lime zest, and lime juice.
Step 15
Serve burgers, bell pepper slices, and onion slices on buns with mayonnaise mixture.
