Instructions
Step 1
To start finely dice a white onion into small pieces
Step 2
Then finely dice 3 dill pickles into small pieces
Step 3
For the mayo add 200 millilitres of flavourless oil to a container along with one whole egg, one and a half teaspoons of white vinegar and one teaspoon of dijon mustard.
Step 4
Place in an immersion blender and blend on high speed to create a thick emulsion which is our mayonnaise.
Step 5
Add the mayo to a clean bowl then add in one teaspoon of onion powder, one teaspoon of garlic powder, one teaspoon of paprika, two tablespoons of tomato ketchup, one teaspoon of English mustard and finally the diced onion and the diced pickle, add salt and pepper to flavour and mix it all together.
