Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 fan assisted
Step 2
Slice your sweet potato into about 2.5 cm thick cubs and season with salt, pepper and a bit of rosemary and mix with oil
Step 3
Bake for 20-30 minutes turning halfway through
Step 4
Once done take out the oven to cook a little then whilst waiting cook sweetcorn and peas according to packet
Step 5
Put it all in one bowl and enjoy!
