Instructions

Step 1
In a fry pan heat 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil and add in 2 cups of spinach sauce until spinach is slightly wilted but not over soggy. Remove from pan and put spinach in bowl.
Step 2
In the same pan whip out any liquid from spinach and return to heat and add your remaining ½ teaspoon of coconut oil to pan. Crack 2 eggs and fry them until your desired liking.
Step 3
Put fried eggs on top of your sauteed spinach, a few dashes of everything bagel seasoning and a half of avocado. Enjoy!
