Instructions

Step 1
Slice the tomato and cucumber

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the eggs and fry for 1min. Season with salt and pepper and fry for another minute.

Melt the butter.

Cut the hoagie roll in half. Spread both sides with the melted butter. Toast until golden brown.

Spread one side with the cream cheese and the other side with the sauce andalouse.
Step 6
On the cream cheese side place the salad, tomato and cucumber slices, turkey ham and cheese.
Step 7
Finish with the fried eggs.
Step 8
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
