Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Place cupcake liners in muffin pan.
Step 2
Mix topping ingredients and set aside.
Step 3
In medium bowl mix dry ingredients, except sugars Set aside.
Step 4
Put brown sugar for batter into large bowl. Add granulated sugar, eggs, milk oil and vanilla
Step 5
Add dry into wet in small batches. Mixing after each addition until combined. Don't overmix.
Step 6
Fill cups 1/3 full. Put 1/2 teaspoon topping on each.
Step 7
Put more batter and top with more cinnamon sugar.
Step 8
Bake for 22 to 26 minutes. Cool.
