Crockpot mashed potatoes

An easy way to make a large amount of delicious mashed potatoes. These are great when you are making a large meal and need the potatoes to stay warm while other food is being prepared.

Instructions

Step 1
Cut potatoes in chunks and add up the crockpot along with salt, pepper, garlic and chicken broth. Cook on high 3 hours
Step 2
Add the butter, sour cream, 1/2 cup milk and more seasoning to taste and mash with a potato masher or a hand mixer until desired consistency, adding more milk as needed
Step 3
After potatoes are mashed add more seasoning, sour cream, or butter to your taste
