Ingredients
4 servings
8 ozchicken breast
cut in strips
oil
for deep-frying
2 Tbspoil
1clove garlic

sesame seeds

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all sauce ingredients until well-combined; set aside.
Step 2
Mix all batter ingredients in bowl until well-combined; stir a few times to make sure there are no lumps & batter is smooth. Add chicken into the batter, stir to evenly coat.
Step 3
Heat 2”-3” oil in wok (to 350°F for deep-frying.) Gently place chicken in oil, separating prevent it clumping together. Deep-fry chicken to golden brown; lay chicken on paper towels. Discard oil.
Step 4
Heat up 2T oil in wok over high heat. Add garlic & stir-fry until aromatic before adding the sauce.
Step 5
As soon as sauce thickens, add fried chicken back to wok. Stir continuously until all ingredients are well-coated.
Step 6
Dish out, garnish with white sesame seeds & serve immediately with steamed rice.
Step 7
Serve with steamed broccoli & rice.
