2 tspworcestershire sauce
1 tsphot sauce
if trying to keep vinegar free try Siete brand hot sauce
1 tspdried oregano
½ tspground black pepper
¼ tspgarlic powder

1 poundground beef
1 Tbspolive oil
2 cupswhite mushrooms
thinly sliced
1yellow onion
medium, peddled and sliced
¼ cupunsweetened coconut milk

Instructions
Step 1
1. Bring the beef broth, coconut aminos, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, oregano, pepper, and garlic powder to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, and then reduce the heat and simmer.
Step 2
2. Mix together the egg and the beef in a medium bowl, combining well. Form into 4 oval-shaped patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Step 3
3. In large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of the olive oil over medium heat and brown the patties for about 90 seconds on each side. Remove to a plate.
Step 4
4. Add the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil in the skillet and sauté the mushrooms and onions until slightly caramelized, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 5
5. Place the patties back in the skillet and spoon the onion and mushrooms on top.
Step 6
6. Pour the sauce over the patties, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 7
7. Add the coconut milk with a few minutes to simmer to give the sauce a nice creamy texture.
Step 8
8. Place Salisbury steak on individual plates and spoon the sauce, mushrooms, and onions on top.
Step 9
9. Pair with mash potatoes or sweet mash potatoes if making it 30 day approved.
