Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 F.

Step 2
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
Step 3
Heat honey for ~25 seconds in a microwave. Add to bowl and mix immediately before honey hardens
Step 4
Place a piece of parchment paper on a large cookie sheet. Spread as thin as possible without any holes between the mixture.
Step 5
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes depending on how hot your oven gets. Watch the chocolate doesn’t burn or it will make the clusters bitter.
Step 6
Remove from oven and put on a cooling rack until completely cooled, or put in a refrigerator to cool.
Step 7
Break into individual clusters and store in an air-tight container.
