Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
Step 3
Mix flour, baking soda, and cinnamon in a separate bowl, then add to mixture. Add oats and mix until all combined.
Step 4
Drop scoops on a cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 8-10 mins. Cool on rack.
Step 5
If you want bar cookies, bake in a 9x13 pan for 30-35 mins.
