Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper (for easy clean up). Coat a wire rack with nonstick spray and set on prepared baking sheet.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, oats, onion, parsley, eggs, garlic, coconut aminos, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Mix well, and then shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
Step 4
Place meatballs on rack. Brush with EVOO, and bake until browned (about 15 to 20 minutes). An internal thermometer should read 165 degrees.
